Over the past two decades, the business has grown organically, shaped by its customers, the brand''s culture, and its employees.We are looking for a Retail Manager Italy (m/f/x) to lead our retail team.Your ResponsibilitiesOperations ManagementManage Store Managers, including recruitment, training, coaching, daily support, and operations.Set and implement strategic objectives for Store Managers aligned with company leadership, including qualitative and quantitative goals.Analyze retail KPIs to refine strategies, optimize sales, and improve store efficiency.Ensure excellent customer experience by coordinating store activities and fostering a dynamic retail environment.Ensure compliance with labor laws in workforce management and employee relations.Conduct field visits per company guidelines.Stay updated on retail systems and tools, and train teams accordingly.Monitor inventory performance and develop improvement plans.Support store openings, renovations, closures, and project rollouts in Italy.Manage administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.Business ManagementDrive the company''s strategic initiatives and ensure achievement of business objectives.Collaborate with HR, Finance, Visual Merchandising, and other departments.Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.Represent the brand as a brand ambassador and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Your ProfileProven retail management experience with a focus on operations, sales, and store performance.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Deep interest in the brand and awareness of market trends.Strong commercial sense and customer focus.Valid driving license and willingness to travel.Fluent in Italian and English.Based in Milan or willing to relocate.Your LocationMilan, Italy#J-18808-Ljbffr
