Role: 1.You must have experience in Indian Curry and Tandoor 2. You musthave knowledge about Indian Food - Curries, kebabs, starters,Indian Bread 3. You must have knowledge & experience tomarinade raw meats, and grill them in Tandoor 4. You must haveknowledge & experience to prepare and make Indian Breads in theTandoor. 5. You must have knowledge & experience to prepareIndian Curry Base Sauce. 6. You must have knowledge &experience to maintain hygiene standards and follow protocol.
