What youll do:

• Resolve support tickets and provide end-user support (hardware/software/networking)

What you bring:

• MBO/HBO in IT or equivalent experience
• Experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Strong Dutch communication skills; English is a plus
