Are you an experienced Assortment Planner with a passion for data-driven strategies and marketplace success?
We are looking for a Senior Assortment Planner to join the Mens Sportswear planning team, focusing on the Nike Marketplace business across the EMEA region. This role involves collaboration with Merchandising, Finance, Marketplace Planning, MFP, and S&IP teams. The Senior Assortment Planner reports to the Consumer Assortment Planning Director.
What are you going to do?
- Develop and influence seasonal assortment plans including RSV, net sales, margin, receipts, and inventory at the Franchise x Marketplace Unit level using consistent business logic and analytics.
- Create strategies to meet Consumer Field of Play (CFoP) strategic and financial goals and manage product-driven OTB forecasts to guide manufacturing and in-season optimizations.
- Analyze business performance vs. plan with monthly or weekly sales and inventory forecasts, assess risks and opportunities, and develop action plans.
- Monitor top Franchise SSPs and drive cross-marketplace decision-making to optimize product health and consumer demand, influencing trading and pricing decisions.
- Manage end-to-end inventory health across CFoP and NMP MPUs, understanding impacts on overall marketplace performance.
- Communicate and advocate assortment plans to cross-functional leadership teams, collaborating closely with Merchandising to optimize sell-in aligned with Power Player/MPU strategy.
- Lead projects independently, prioritize workload, and deliver results within timelines.

What do we ask?
We are looking for an experienced Assortment Planner with a strong understanding of retail and consumer demand. You bring:
- 5+ years of Proven experience in Consumer/Retail Merchandising, Assortment Planning, or Demand Planning with strong understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning.
- Growth mindset with eagerness to use statistical forecasting, data science, and innovative working methods for fact-based planning.
- Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate style potential and quantify gaps to financial plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence using data-driven storytelling.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience planning across multiple marketplace channels and connected seasons, grounded in retail and marketplace metrics.
