Position: Risk Officer Location: Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands We are seeking a Risk Officer to join a dynamic trading firm. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to contribute to risk mitigation strategies and gain valuable insights into financial derivatives. Key Responsibilities Identify, evaluate, and manage risks related to financial derivatives. Perform detailed analysis and reporting of risk exposures. Apply data analytical skills to support risk assessments. Work collaboratively with various teams to improve risk assessment methods. Create and deliver clear reports and procedures to stakeholders regarding risk positions and trends. Key Requirements A few years of experience in risk management or a related field. Understanding of IFR and IFD. Solid knowledge of derivatives and their associated risks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. Preferable: Proficiency in Python or other data analysis tools.
