Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate all operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team, training employees to meet the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
- Streamline processes to improve both efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with chefs to craft an innovative menu that reflects current trends and guest preferences.
- Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
- Manage schedules, monitor the restaurants budget, and review guest feedback to continually enhance operations.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies that position the Amstel Restaurant as a top dining destination.
Requirements
- A team player and a strong team leader with a passion for luxury hospitality.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of the Dutch and international culinary scene, with the ambition to set new standards in luxury dining.
