NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: Public Sector Loan Facility Advisory for the Maritsa East Complex and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
Location: Bulgaria.
Duration: The intended start date is July 2025 (the Start Date ) and the period of implementation of the Assignment will be 20 months from this date (the Period of Implementation ).
Key Expert: Green Hydrogen Industrial Infrastructure Expert (Cat. II)
Qualifications and skills:
At least a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Energy Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field ( minimum requirement ).
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English ( minimum requirement ).
Proficiency in hydrogen simulation tools (e.g., H2A, HyOpt, or similar) will be considered an asset .
General professional experience:
At least 10 years of professional experience in hydrogen production technologies, industrial infrastructure, and clean energy transition projects ( minimum requirement ).
Specific professional experience:
Experience in planning and developing hydrogen supply chains, as demonstrated by at least 2 projects ( minimum requirement ).
Experience in the technical and economic feasibility of green hydrogen projects, including electrolysis and hydrogen storage, as demonstrated in at least two projects in the experts CV ( minimum requirement ).
Knowledge of hydrogen policy frameworks, funding mechanisms, and EU regulations will be considered an asset .
Experience in industrial park infrastructure development to support hydrogen production will be considered an asset .
Experience working on just transition projects and coal-dependent regions in the EU will be considered an asset .
