A leading global tech company is seeking a Business Continuity Senior Lead to join their high-impact Group Security and Resilience team. This is a pivotal role focused on building, implementing, and evolving a best-in-class Business Continuity Management (BCM) program that safeguards people, systems, and services worldwide.
Youll work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders, influencing strategy and embedding resilience into every layer of the business transforming continuity planning into tangible operational strength.
Launch and lead the Business Continuity program across global business units
Conduct Business Impact Analyses and Risk Assessments to map and protect critical operations
Collaborate with senior leaders to embed BCM governance and drive first-line ownership
Support global Crisis Management and IT Disaster Recovery planning
Deliver BC training and crisis simulation exercises to raise preparedness
Evaluate third-party resilience capabilities and manage BCM compliance efforts
4+ years experience building and running business continuity or operational resilience programs
~ Strong background in IT Disaster Recovery and incident/crisis management
~ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
