responsibilities :
- Deliver high-level technical support and resolve incidents reported by end users.
- Provide excellent customer service in German, both in writing and verbally.
- Track and handle service tickets to ensure compliance with SLA timelines.
- Accurately document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and process updates.
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and solve more complex technical issues.
requirements-expected :
- 2+ years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
- Proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1 level).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Krakw.
- Excellent communication skills in English
