We are seeking a highly skilled CyberSecurity Administrator to protect and maintain the security of our organization''s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing security measures, monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, and responding to cyber threats. This role involves ensuring compliance with security policies and collaborating with various teams to enhance the organizations cybersecurity posture.

responsibilities :
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect the organizations systems, networks, and data.
Monitor security tools and systems (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM) to detect and respond to threats.
Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks.
Manage and maintain endpoint security solutions, including antivirus, anti-malware, and data loss prevention (DLP) tools.
Ensure compliance with security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Investigate and respond to security incidents, including root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
Manage user access controls and perform regular audits of security configurations.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery and incident response plans.
Provide security training and awareness programs to employees.
Stay updated with the latest security technologies and threat intelligence.
requirements-expected :
3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
Proficiency in security tools such as SIEM systems (e.g., Splunk, QRadar), firewalls, and IDS/IPS.
Strong understanding of network security protocols and encryption technologies.
Experience with vulnerability management tools like Nessus, Qualys, or OpenVAS.
Hands-on experience in incident response and threat analysis.
Knowledge of access management and identity protection.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
