Corporate Officer - Your Role :
As a Corporate Officer, you will take charge of your own client portfolio, handling a variety of corporate and legal matters for SOPARFI and other Luxembourg entities. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation (incorporations, board meetings, resolutions, liquidations, annual filings, etc.)
- Managing compliance obligations including KYC/AML processes and ongoing corporate maintenance
- Serving as a primary contact for your clients, as well as coordinating with auditors, legal advisors, and notaries - primarily in German and English
- Supporting audit readiness and ensuring all legal duties are met in accordance with Luxembourg regulations

Corporate Officer - Your Profile:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years'' experience in a similar role within a fiduciary, law firm, management company, or corporate services provider in Luxembourg
- Fluency in both German and English - essential for your client communications
- A university degree in Law, Economics, or Finance
- A structured, dependable, and service-minded attitude
- Familiarity with securitization structures is a plus
Corporate Officer - What We Offer :
- Gross annual salary up to 65,000, plus a performance-based bonus, hybrid working and meal vouchers (15)
