Our company offers total solutions for general cargo & commodities, based on integrated logistics and engineering. With a rich history, we have evolved to handle a wide range of products at our terminals. To support our growing business unit, we are seeking a Business Analyst.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Design and develop new computer programs by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications.
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users.
- Gather information through interviews with employees and managers and studying the procedures and systems currently in place.
Profiel kandidaat- Education: Bachelor''s or Master''s degree, or similar by experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Flexible, involved, organized, and self-motivated.
- Hands-on experience in IT concepts such as SQL, Power BI, SharePoint, or willingness to learn.
- Required Experience: 2 years
