Missions :
As a Consumer Insights Apprentice, you will join the Business Intelligence team and support the Consumer Insights Manager in helping internal teams (marketing, production, strategy) make data-driven decisions based on market and player insights.
You will:
- Manage full research projects in coordination with internal teams and external agencies (from briefing to final reports)
- Create and analyze quantitative and qualitative studies (concept testing, post-launch surveys, etc.)
- Design and deploy surveys via Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey
- Interpret results and present insights through clear dashboards (Power BI is a plus)
- Track and analyze entertainment trends to provide actionable recommendations
- Support playtests to improve player experience (internal and external)
- Continuously improve methodologies to adapt to evolving market trends
This apprenticeship offers the chance to develop deep expertise in market research in a global and creative industry.
Profil recherch :
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in marketing, project management, or business
- Previous experience (internship or student project) in consumer insights or market research is appreciated
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); French is a plus
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally with survey tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey)
- Familiarity with Power BI or any data visualization tool is a big plus
- Interested in the video game or entertainment industry
- Curious, analytical, and able to manage multiple priorities with autonomy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
