The focus will be on implementing Core HR , Performance , Goals Management , and Talent Review solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated consultant to lead delivery and drive real business outcomes. Key Requirements Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Proven full lifecycle implementation experience across medium to large-scale enterprises Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules , including Core HR , Performance , Goals , and Talent Review Strong grasp of Application Security , Approvals , and Extensibility tools Able to deliver innovative, practical solutions that bring clear business value Role Responsibilities Lead client workshops and provide best-practice guidance Shape and deliver HCM assignments aligned with business objectives and measurable benefits Define and manage project milestones , outputs, and timelines with delivery managers and clients Produce high-quality documentation for configuration, testing, data migration , and knowledge transfer Build trusted client relationships , manage expectations, and ensure successful outcomes within project scope This role is ideal for a hands-on consultant who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys taking ownership of high-impact delivery.
