Experience working as an Engineering Manager, IT Manager, Team Manager, Resource Manager, or in a similar role related to managing software engineers as a line manager/team manager, with a strong focus on people management rather than project management.
At least 1 years of managerial experience in IT, including leading teams of a dozen or more people as a line manager/team manager
At least a general understanding of technologies used in software development, for example .NET/Java, Angular/React, Swift/Objective-C/React Native/Kotlin and roles like DevOps Engineer, QA.
Fluent in Polish and English at a minimum B2 level (mandatory).
Leading a team of 30 to 65 members (depending on experience), ensuring the professional growth and engagement of software engineers.
Allocating specialists to projects, considering both company needs and employee development goals.
Representing the company to clients, particularly in acquiring new projects (pre-sales) and showcasing company expertise.
Collaborating with Recruitment and Employer Branding teams to hire new software engineers and fostering their retention within the company.

Supporting T&M and body-leasing projects and occasionally preparing technical sections of sales proposals (infrequent).
