Your new role
- Oversee full project lifecycle: Manage all phases of construction projects from initiation through execution to final delivery.
- Budget and schedule control: Ensure projects remain on time and within budget through proactive planning and monitoring.
- Site coordination: Direct and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring alignment between contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Grid connection expertise: Manage and resolve grid connection issues, ensuring successful integration of power plants into the national electricity grid in compliance with regulatory and technical requirements.
- Quality and safety assurance: Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Stakeholder engagement: Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define objectives and resolve technical or logistical issues.
- Contract and bid management: Prepare and review project bids, negotiate subcontractor agreements, and manage contract execution.
- Technical support: Assist engineering teams in resolving design and execution challenges, ensuring technical feasibility and efficiency.
- Progress reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Permitting oversight (streamlined): Supervise essential permitting activities and coordinate with external consultants and authorities to avoid project delays.
What do you need to succeed?
- You have a university degree to a masters degree and have +3 years of experience in secondary permits management during construction (preferably photovoltaic).
- English and Italian are mandatory.
- Good technical knowledge in photovoltaic, electricity and building, carpentry.
- Experience in grid connection problematics
- You are a good comunicator, rigorous, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility.
- You will be required to be 50% of your time on site and to to travel extensively.
