What you''ll get to do We''re looking for an ambitious HR Generalist for executing key HR activities that enhance the employee experience. Your role will involve managing the full cycle of HR processes, from preboarding to offboarding, while leveraging your local knowledge to ensure compliance and address unique workforce needs. You will work closely with the HR Operations Manager to support continuous improvement initiatives and align with overall HR strategies. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL * Manage preboarding, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and programme execution, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees. * Ensure adherence to local regulations and maintain timely reporting for HR operations. * Develop and implement country specific HR programmes that address the unique needs of our workforce, fostering engagement and productivity. * Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, safeguarding data integrity and privacy. * Work closely with the HR Operations Manager to support continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing service levels and operational efficiency. * Manage work permit and immigration processes, including coordination with relevant authorities (e.g., AMS, MA35 in Austria), ensuring compliance with local labor and immigration laws. * Collaborate with local payroll providers and legal consultants to ensure accurate handling of employment matters and compliance with country specific labor regulations when needed. WHO YOU ARE * You have proven experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in a fast changing global company. * You have a degree in HR, Business Admin, or something similar. * You have a strong understanding of local employment laws and compliance requirements to ensure HR operations meet regulatory standards. * You have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively navigate relationships and communicate with employees at all levels. * You are proficient in using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for efficient HR operations. * You have proven experience in payroll administration, particularly in collaboration with external payroll providers, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. * You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and improve HR processes. * You have excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and German. This includes: full health insurance, occupational accident insurance, public pension scheme and public unemployment insurance.
