We are a boutique hospitality property located in the heart of southern Tuscany, combining two unique locations: a beautifully restored noble villa in the medieval village of Tatti and the Sequerciani estate, surrounded by rolling vineyards and olive groves. Together, these settings offer an authentic and intimate experience where tradition, nature, and hospitality come together.
Our property operates under the concept of an albergo diffuso, blending the charm of a small village with countryside living. As part of a biodynamic agricultural estate, we produce natural wine, olive oil, and ancient grains, which are central to our story and guest offerings. Guests enjoy curated experiences such as wine tastings, seasonal celebrations, and farm-to-table dining.
This is not a large-scale or urban property — it is a place where attention to detail, personalized service, and a deep connection to Tuscany’s traditions are at the heart of everything we do.
The Role
Sequerciani, a biodynamic estate in the Maremma region of Tuscany, is seeking a full-time Executive Chef to oversee the kitchen and lead its culinary direction. This is a hands-on role rooted in seasonality, simplicity, and a deep respect for the land. The chef will be responsible for creating and executing daily menus for guests, working closely with local producers, and playing a central role in developing the new restaurant concept opening in 2026.
