Systems Architect Aerospace/Automotive | Netherlands (On-site)

An innovative engineering team in the Netherlands is hiring a Systems Architect to support the development, testing, and certification of advanced vehicle systems.

The role:

Youll lead the overall vehicle design process, working across multiple project teams made up of Design and Flight Test Engineers. You''ll review and manage system requirements, ensure compliance with aviation and automotive standards, and support flight testing and certification.

Youll also guide the development of electrical systems, tools, jigs, and componentsworking closely with production and engineering teams. As a member of the Technical Review Board, youll coach junior engineers, help shape technical standards, and report to the Head of Design.

About you:

• Degree in Aerospace, Automotive, or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of system design and certification (DO-254, DO-178)
• Experience with SolidWorks, C programming, and industrialisation
• Confident in electrical systems and cross-functional collaboration
