Analyst - Cash Management Experience
Location: Madrid
We are looking for 2 analysts to provide backfill support for Cash Management processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the different teams involved in each delivery of local cash management products for Nexus clients.
- Ensure a smooth implementation process, based on the defined implementation flows and aligned with both client and bank expectations.
- Support sales teams with technical Nexus-related details during the sales process.
- Manage the handover of implemented solutions to the Cash Management Support area.
- Provide feedback to the Global Cash Management Product team regarding implemented solutions, issues encountered, and client needs.
Experience:
- Experience in the implementation of Cash Management solutions (Payments, Collections, Reporting), including review of XML files.
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
Education:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Technological proficiency; intermediate knowledge of XML, MT101, and MT940/42 formats.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of Access/databases is a plus.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage complexity and drive for results.
- Effective communication skills.
- High level of English is required.
Other Information:
Leadership, teamwork, technical knowledge of cash management solutions, negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and experience in client-facing roles in cash management services are essential for this position.
