The Role
Were looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong technical foundation and experience managing enterprise customers across the full post-sales lifecycle - from onboarding and adoption through to renewals and growth.
Youll act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, driving customer success, engagement, and satisfaction.
