As part of the owner engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process for technically complex materials and equipment, working closely with engineering, materials management, and vendor interfaces.Key Responsibilities:Manage the procurement cycle from purchase requisition to purchase order issuance.Prepare and issue RFQs; coordinate with vendors to clarify technical and commercial aspects.Support bid evaluations in collaboration with engineering and materials teams.Negotiate terms and ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing aligned with project requirements.Monitor supplier performance, delivery status, and expedite as needed.Maintain procurement documentation for compliance, traceability, and audits.QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.Minimum 8 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in oil & gas, refining, or chemical plant projects.Strong knowledge of procurement practices, material specifications, and industrial project workflows.Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and procurement documentation.Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian or French is considered a plus.Additional InformationAt SEGULA Technologies, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the heart of our human resources policy.
