The Client Advisor represents the Company with clientsin our Boutique. He/She is a professional in the sales of luxurygoods and is responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of everycustomer. He/She cooperates for reaching the qualitative andquantitative goals set in their Store. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES- Is polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with theaim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction. - Is aligned tothe style and to the Brand qualitative standards during the wholesales process and after-sales - Cooperates with colleagues in orderto create a positive environment and pays attention to performancelevel - Receives and displays the products according to procedures- Constantly maintains a tidy working place according to theCompany guidelines - Sales - Is responsible for the sales processfollowing the Company standards - Provides and maintains a highlevel of customer service - Manages commercial relations withclients in order to ensure the highest level of satisfaction. -Client management & CRM - Ensures the after-sales service withthe same level of efficiency and care, in order to maintain theclients satisfaction and loyalty with the aim of promoting theBrand image - Manages claims with supervisor support - Turns everytouchpoint with customers into a positive situation, alwayspromoting Brand image - Communicates to the Management thecollected information regarding clients - Executes the follow up ofclients requests - Product & Visual - Participates to productpresentations - Deeply knows all products of his/her category andis updated on all the product categories in store - Ensures theappropriate care of the store PROFILE - Experience as ClientAdvisor in a luxury boutique - Alignment with Loro Piana brand andproducts - Strong luxury touch and approach - Excellentinterpersonal and relationship building skills - Strongclientelling skills - Nice to have: Russian speaker
