The Operation Engineer will support the effective functioning through project operations, quality assurance activities, and by assisting the department director in coordination and execution tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Project Operations & Strategic Planning
- Oversee the organization, planning, execution, and review of department operations.
- Maintain project operation data, including budget execution rates, manpower allocation, and progress tracking.
- Ensure timely tracking and alignment of internal and external project procedures, working closely with Project managers and headquarters counterparts on the preparation of SOWs, chartering slides, project codes, deliverables, and milestone documentation.
- Support the development and maintenance of annual strategic and business plans (SP/BP).
- Coordinate meeting agendas for annual, monthly, and ad-hoc project reviews and department meetings between departments and headquarters (conducted via sandbox platform); take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Collect and submit monthly working-hour reports for employees.
Project Development Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with tape-out procedures and key development checkpoints.
- Assist headquarters in arranging project technical reviews and maintaining proper documentation of deliverables.
- Manage procurement requests and track related orders and invoices.
Departmental Support
- Organize department-level activities and internal events.
- Serve as the liaison for coordination with external collaboration partners and stakeholders.

Candidate Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelors or masters degree in engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and the ability to manage cross-functional tasks with attention to detail and accountability.
- Experience: Experience in project coordination, operations, or quality assurance within a technical or R&D environment.
