Objectives: - Responsible for negotiating withpreviously defined customers and prospecting for new customers inItaly, in a close collaboration with the companys management. -Acting as a Key Account Manager for assigned international clients.- Delivering offers / quotes to existing and prospective customers.- Reporting to the Sales Director Europe. Main Activities: - Definethe sales strategy of the company''s various products to itscustomers. - Collect all necessary information for the preparationof sale contracts. - Communicate with the technical team to proposethe most suitable solution for a given customer. - Searching fornew business opportunities, especially in relation to replacingPolyamide compounds. - Negotiate the best terms of sale inagreement with companys management. - Manage and record variouscustomers rates. - Issue material sample and test requests for thelaboratory. - Build and nurture customer rapport in order todevelop and maintain long-term relationships. - Control properapplication of contracts and planned sales volumes with assignedcustomers. - Identify, anticipate and manage customer risks,financial risks, delivery disruptions and changes in the customer''sstructure. - Acting as an interface between customers andmanagement, sales, R&D, QHSE and finance. - Assists thetechnical and sales team for tests, complaints or disputes. -Report on individual sales activities, situation with customers andthe progress of samples during exchanges with companys managementand during sales meetings. Your profile: - Knowledge and effectiveuse of various sales and negotiation techniques. - Detailedknowledge of company''s technical possibilities and productsadvantages. - Good knowledge of the plastics industry and plasticsprocessing, especially injection moulding with a proven trackrecord of a successful account management. - Analytical mindsetwith an ability to adjust to changing market conditions. - Strongdecision-making skills, able to identify and mitigate potentialproblems with customers. - Strong interpersonal skills, allowing toeffectively communicate internally and externally at differentlevels and with different departments. - Excellent time managementand priority setting skills with a self-propelled attitude. -Ability to effectively use MS Office and ERP system. - Fluency inboth Italian and English.
