(Senior) Customer Success Manager Italy, Chieti Job Description: You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication. You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You train operational managers (remotely/on-site) on product usage. You identify and resolve onboarding obstacles in collaboration with customers and colleagues. You upgrade our solutions for existing clients. You help improve our product and processes through close customer contact. Your profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with successful project proof. Structured, organized work style, even under stress, managing multiple tasks. Confident communication at C-level, even in tense situations. Willing to travel to customers. Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not essential. Why us?
