Founded in 2005, Believe continues to grow and evolve, with a mission to develop labels and artists at every stage of their careers globally, with respect, expertise, fairness, and transparency.Job DescriptionManage legal affairs of Believe Group''s affiliated companies in Italy, focusing on contract law and music law, including commercial agreements.Ensure application of Groups processes, contract templates, and guidelines; negotiate contracts; support Sales teams (Distribution and Artist Services) to expedite signing processes while safeguarding Believe''s interests and compliance.Implement and adapt Group policies to Italian law, propose improvements for legal compliance, review and negotiate contracts with music labels, artists, and providers, ensuring they are operable within the Groups IT systems.Handle contracts related to copyright, services for artists, advertising, and collective societies; oversee contract administration and coordinate with the Royalties team and external attorneys.Assist with corporate activities of Italian affiliates and monitor local laws for risk prevention.Coordinate with the Central Business Legal department for approvals and legal compliance.QualificationsMasters degree in IP law and contract law (Italian law).Minimum of 3 years experience as a lawyer in the music sector, preferably in an international company.Experience in contract processing, control, and Group process compliance.Strong motivation, leadership, organizational skills, and excellent time management.Proactive, cooperative, detail-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable.Proven reporting skills and experience working with international groups.Deep knowledge of music rights and commercial contracts; confident in negotiating contracts.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across different levels of the Group.Additional Information: Believe is committed to equal opportunity employment, respecting diversity and inclusion across all aspects of employment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
