Tour Expert Your life on board: As a Tour Expert,youll be the driving force behind achieving revenue targets andensuring guest satisfaction. Youll propose enticing tour packagesduring the cruise and assist guests on local excursions, all whileadhering to the companys safety standards. Your expertise willhelp create unforgettable experiences for our guests! Demonstrateyour passion: Youll establish, develop, and maintain strongrelationships with guests both on board and during tours, drivingnew business by selling package tours in line with budgetedtargets. Youll identify and suggest new opportunities tomaximize revenues in the tour area, always looking for innovativeways to enhance the guest experience. Youll oversee theorganization of excursions and transfers, from start to finish,including back-office activities and preparation of all supportmaterials (tickets, stickers, maps), following the Tour Managersguidelines. Youll report to the Tour Manager about guestsneeds, interests, and opportunities for new products and services,ensuring we meet guest needs and boost company revenues. GettingThings Right: Youll actively listen to guest complaintsregarding sales and excursions, informing the Tour Manager to findthe best solution or ensuring other departments are promptlynotified. Youll occasionally provide language translationsduring excursions, ensuring guests receive excellent languageservices throughout their tours. Safety First: Youll keep aclose eye on guest activities during excursions, ensuring theycomply with service standards and safety procedures. Youllprovide immediate support to any injured guests on tours, ensuringthey receive the necessary care in line with company procedures andguidelines. Youll actively contribute to a work environment thatpromotes a strong safety culture, dynamically following andsupporting all safety policies and procedures. What makes youunique: You have a Secondary school diploma in Tourism orLanguages (bachelors degree is highly appreciated) You have aproven track in Sales (experience as a Tour Operator represents aplus) You master English and Italian language You speakfluently a language among German and French You have a goodcommand in a fourth language among Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese You are proficient in MS Office package You are problem-solvingand team-work oriented Why Costa: Welcome to a world ofextraordinary adventures as a Costa crew member!
