Cheil Italy, the data-driven creativity Agency underthe Samsung Group, is looking for an Event Producer Freelance. Inthis role, you will support the team in the management ofinternational events. Main responsibilities: - Take part increative briefings and contribute to project proposals -Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure timelyand on-budget project execution - Drafting the timeline; -Searching for suppliers (set-up, audio/video/lighting techniques,small and large format printing, staff, catering gadgets, services,location); - Manage suppliers, oversee deliveries, and ensurequality and on-time execution - Verification of graphic files; -Coordinate all phases of event and installation production -Identify effective technical solutions for project delivery -Recognize possible risks and plan ahead to handle them effectively- Select and negotiate with vendors and service providers - SiteInspections; - On-site presence during set-up, event anddismantling; - Operations management during events; - Budgeting andclosing. Required skills: - From 4 to 6 years of proven experienceas Event Producer or similar role; - Strong organizational skills;- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills; -Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing; - Solidknowledge of event budgeting and cost control; - Able to stayfocused under pressure and adjust quickly when things change; -Managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
