Quality Assurance Specialist

Are you passionate about quality assurance and ensuring compliance with industry standards? As a QA Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and supporting the Quality Assurance System, ensuring its effectiveness across the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to uphold quality policies, support audits, and drive continuous improvement. This role is crucial in ensuring that our Quality Assurance practices align with regulatory requirements and company objectives.

What will you do?

• Maintain and support the Quality Assurance System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and ISO 27001.
• Assist in developing and maintaining quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Support internal and external audit activities, including supplier and distributor audits.
• Monitor audit results and corrective actions, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Provide advice and training on quality assurance policies and processes.
• Support risk management tasks and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) coordination.
• Analyze quality data and provide recommendations for improvement.

What do you bring?

• HBO-level education.
• Knowledge of quality control and ISO standards (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001).
• ISO 13485 certified and have at least an internal auditor certification from an accredited body.
• Experience in the Medical Device Industry.
• Experience with quality systems, audits, and compliance processes.
• Experience with CAPA handling.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with sensitive business information.
• Must be living in the Netherlands, ideally close by Amstelveen.
