Your Responsibilities | Legal officer Finance CoSec Fiduciary Law Legal

• You will manage a portfolio of commercial companies from incorporation to liquidation, including:
• Organizing quarterly and annual board meetings.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as minutes, agreements, resolutions, and related documentation.
• Handling RCS filings and keeping registers up to date.
• Managing the incorporation and liquidation processes of companies.

• You have between 2 and 4 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a similar environment (PFS, fiduciary, or family office) in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in German and English, which is essential for effective communication with colleagues, clients, and third parties.
• Excellent communication skills are key, as you will frequently liaise with other departments and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills are crucial to meet deadlines and manage your responsibilities efficiently.
