We work directly for our clients and also support our partners in their own solutions. This ensures a wide range of projects and the ability to change! For the project that we are working on with our foreign partner, we are looking for UX Desiner. Conduct UX audits to identify usability issues and improvement areas Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for both mobile and desktop platforms. Collaborate with business analysts, frontend/backend developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences. Support usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design cycles. Deliver high-fidelity UI designs aligned with project branding and accessibility standards. Ensure responsive design principles are applied across all screen sizes and devices. Support frontend implementation by providing design specifications and assets. 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design ~ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar ~ Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards ~ Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI libraries. ~ Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale to stakeholders. ~ Very good English and Polish Maybe its obvious, but we really respect our employees and associates.
