What Were Looking For
- Experience in recruitment (agency preferably) or client facing role (1-5 years)
- A passion for building expertise in a professional sector (Finance or Legal).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience, accountability, and a mindset for continuous learning.
- EU citizenship/passport (essential for relocation to Malta).
