The Role:
We are looking for an Administration Intern to support our Supply Chain SA team for the following
duties:
- Follow after sales credit notes release;
- Constant communication with customers, sales and customer care for credit notes status;
- Logistics invoices collection and payment request into the Company system
Requirements and skills
- Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures essential
- Basic/intermediate MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Must possess excellent mathematical abilities
- BSc degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
