A strong understanding of EIM, combined with knowledge of the commercial or industrial sectors, is essential. The candidate must demonstrate previous success in sales at all levels, including Board level.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a coherent Business Plan for the region to support expansion, diversification, and strategic growth.Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets within assigned accounts, verticals, or territories to capture market share and profit goals.Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage pipelines, and develop focused business strategies.Engage and motivate stakeholders within OpenText, including Systems Consulting, Alliances, Professional Services, and Senior Managers, to support the sales process.Build strong relationships with Partners and SIs to pursue joint sales strategies and win new business.Develop account strategies and collaborate with marketing to promote initiatives that strengthen market leadership.Position RequirementsAbility to operate at all organizational levels and design programs that impact business growth and profitability.Extensive experience in creating and closing new business opportunities, especially with senior decision-makers such as C-level executives and directors.Track record of closing contracts over $1 million in software licenses.Leadership skills to manage and motivate engagement teams through clear communication of goals.Ability to create innovative solutions aligned with customer business imperatives.Excellent communication skills, well-organized, and decisive.OpenText is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
