We are looking for a senior professional for the OceanExport department. The ideal candidate must meet the followingrequirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oceanexport department within international shipping companies - Goodcommand of the English language, both written and spoken, to beverified during the interview - Excellent knowledge of MS Officesuite The candidate will be responsible for managing shippingprocedures independentlyfrom booking to invoicingwhile reservingspace with various maritime carriers and organizing shipmentsaccording to client or KWE network specifications. Compensationlevel and employment classification will be commensurate with thecandidates actual experience. Key Responsibilities: - Liaisingwith clients to obtain all necessary documentation for shipments -Coordinating with shipping lines and NVOCCs for cargo bookings -Communicating loading plans and cargo handling instructions towarehouse staff according to specific regulations - Preparingshipping documents such as B/L, HBL, pickup and delivery notices -Managing documentation related to customs formalities andtransmitting necessary information to customs clearance departments- Monitoring shipments, providing updates on vessel departures, andreporting any anomalies to clients and foreign offices - Verifyingbilling details and applying correct tariffs - Handling invoicing,including entering estimated and actual costs for each shipment -Reviewing and processing supplier invoices and updating recordsaccordingly - Printing invoices and attaching relevantdocumentation - Opening, closing, and archiving shipment files -Managing customs documentation (MRN) and client communicationregarding document release or non-conformities - Reporting andaddressing non-compliance issues in collaboration with theDepartment Manager and Quality Supervisor This is a full-time,permanent position offering a senior-level role withresponsibilities aligned to the candidatesexpertise.
