They lead projects, coordinate with teams, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.The CEM collects technical data, manages risk mitigation strategies, oversees project execution, and engages with vendors and stakeholders. They conduct audits, promote continuous improvement, and communicate project statuses effectively.ResponsibilitiesRespect and enforce certification policies (IMS, H&S, Environment, Information Security, Energy)Collect data, establish risk maps, and develop contingency plansCoordinate project execution with cross-functional teamsLead technical discussions and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completionEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsMonitor vendor performance and stakeholder engagementConduct technical audits and promote process improvementsRequirementsEducation & Experience:5+ years in a similar role or mission-critical operations2+ years in project or process managementBachelors in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering or equivalentFluent in English (B2/C1)Technical Skills:Experience with data center operations and infrastructureKnowledge of power, cooling systemsProject and risk management skillsFamiliarity with IT tools like JIRA, Grafana, RemedyPreferred Skills:Certification from PMI or similarSoft Skills:Effective communicationTrustworthiness and strong work ethicsStrategic thinking and documentation skillsAdditional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-SeniorEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: IT Services and Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
