In this role, you will play an important part in our recently acquired Naxys Technologies AS, delivering world leading underwater sensor technology for more than 20 years. In this Service Coordinator / Business support role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily service operation. This includes coordinating field service engineers internally and regionally, being in contact with customers and Kongsberg Discovery personnel worldwide, ensuring that customer requests are given the right attention. You will also be involved from a project and delivery perspective and work closely with the administration both in Bergen and Horten. What you will be doing Coordinate field service engineers internally and regionally and allocate resources for project work. Be a key part of the support operation and ensure that customer requests are given the right attention. Delegate and direct service tasks, monitor the progress of current service projects, and manage service team members to ensure the team''s objectives and sales goals are met. Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers. Assist with or perform administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory. Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, ensuring the company''s adherence to these regulations. We think you should have Technical background with international industry knowledge and experience in electronics. Experience from offshore operations or as a travelling service engineer is an advantage. Good organizational skills, strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and handle stress. Service-minded with a customer focus; sales, economics, and management experience. Fluent in English and Scandinavian, both written and spoken. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
