Job DescriptionAbout the positionWe have an excellent opportunity available for a Site Controller to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Site Controller is part of the EPDM Western Europe Operations BU. You''ll work in a dedicated team, striving to reach the next level.Reporting to our Operations Finance Lead - Central Finance EPDM, you''ll gain exposure to internal senior stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage $140MM of COGS and inbound logistics costs; lead budgeting and monthly forecasting for Site Operational Costs.Handle product costing for about 800 SKUs across the BU portfolio.Conduct profitability analysis on new development products.Lead Zero-Based Budgeting initiatives.Coordinate with Commercial Teams.Perform variance analysis on ingredients, packaging, plant conversion costs, and write-offs.Ensure accurate purchasing cost variances for the site and co-packed goods.Act as Sox coordinator and key control owner for the plant.Oversee inventory control for raw materials, packaging, work-in-progress, finished goods, and MRO.Manage Capex, inventory, and capitalization activities.Provide timely and relevant financial reports.Additional ResponsibilitiesImplement and improve local finance processes and policies.Recommend and execute process improvements for efficiency.Lead accounting functions, including audits and ad-hoc projects.Review and enhance internal controls and segregation of duties.Analyze large data sets, identify trends, and present findings to management.Coordinate with FP&A on forecasting methodologies.Oversee account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Ensure consolidated and timely information from various sources.Ensure financial statement accuracy and perform control framework duties.Work with site management to meet reporting needs.Support process improvements in reporting and analysis.Participate in cross-functional teams for process initiatives.QualificationsNote: EU Working Permit required (excluding Orientation Year Visa).Hard SkillsProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelExperience with ERP systems such as SAP, AS 400 BPCSFluent in EnglishExperience in capital managementBackgroundBachelor''s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics6+ years of experience in accounting, controllership, FP&A, or related finance rolesProfessional AttributesConfidence and ability to provide constructive pushbackAbility to simplify complex issues and implement solutions quicklyStrong analytical skillsResult-oriented mindsetTeam player with leadership qualitiesWhat we offerAmbitious employer committed to your growthCompetitive salary and above-market bonus structureHybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote, plus 20 days flexible work from anywhere)Employee Assistance Program, health insurance, pension planDiscount partnerships and opportunities for innovationHiring ProcessPost-application, candidates complete a cognitive assessment, followed by an introductory call, then three interview steps, leading to a job offer if successful.Kraft Heinz is an equal opportunity employer, welcoming applicants regardless of race, color, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, veteran status, or other protected characteristics.About usKraft Heinz is a global food company with iconic brands, committed to innovation, sustainability, and community engagement.
