D365 Sales Manager Netherlands (Hybrid/remote options | Microsoft Partner | Build Something That Lasts) You know Dynamics 365. You know sales. Youre good at both. But maybe youre tired of sitting in your comfort zone and want to test yourself building something from the ground up. If so, keep reading... The company? A well-established Microsoft Partner with a strong presence in Europe. Now theyre expanding into the Netherlands. Thats where you come in. Theyve got the delivery team. Theyve got the credentials. Theyve got the backing. What they dont have (yet) is someone to own the Dutch market. You wont just be closing deals. Youll be building something - clients, pipeline, relationships, reputation. What youll actually be doing: Selling Dynamics 365 (particularly Business Central to begin with) and Power Platform solutions Building a pipeline from the ground up Working closely with presales and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions Owning the Dutch market, with freedom to make decisions and take action Reporting directly into leadership with real input on strategy Youll need: Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dutch fluency A solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem Confidence and initiative - youre someone who doesnt wait to be told what to do Experience in consultative selling and short to mid-cycle deals This role is ideal for someone whos been in a similar environment but wants more autonomy, less red tape, and a bigger impact. Youll be the face of the company in the Netherlands. That means visibility. Responsibility. And if you do it well - serious growth potential.
