We''re working with a major player in the retail sector currently investing in automation and robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline key operations. They''re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to drive forward their RPA initiatives and ensure smooth delivery across business and technology teams.
This is a fully remote contract position with an initial term of 5 months, offering a high-impact role with the potential for extension.
Lead end-to-end project delivery for RPA and automation initiatives
Work cross-functionally with IT, business stakeholders, and RPA developers
Manage timelines, scope, budgets, and risk across multiple automation projects
Ensure alignment of automation solutions with broader business goals
Report project status and progress to senior leadership
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager delivering automation or RPA projects
Strong understanding of RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
Skilled in stakeholder management and project governance
Comfortable managing cross-functional, remote teams
Retail industry experience is beneficial but not essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
