We are looking for a dedicated and talented IT Specialist to join our team in Milan.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization''s IT systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and continuous improvement and for providing technical support both to colleagues in the office and on the field, with the help of the IT Corporate team.
Your contribution:
- Maintaining the CRM system with particular regards to the order taking module on iPads
- Developing, maintaining and distributing SAP Business Objects (BI) sales reports for the management and the field force
- Cooperating with the central IT team of the Krka Group in development, implementation and maintenance of IT operations
- Participating in projects of data connectivity and system integration
- Liaising with external providers
- Maintaining the office IT infrastructure and cooperating in procurement of ITC equipment (hardware, network, mobile, system applications)
- Providing user support and training
We expect:
- High energy and drive to make a difference
- 2-3 years of work experience in similar positions
- Advanced use of Excel and iOS mandatory, knowledge of BI tools nice to have
- Previous experience with Dell and HP devices, Microsoft Windows and printer troubleshooting
- Acquaintance with MDM systems
- Fluent English
