Role Overview We arelooking for a motivated and strategic Inside Sales Manager to leadand scale our inside sales function. This role is critical toPeoItalys growth strategy, responsible for generating qualifiedleads, nurturing client relationships, and converting prospectsinto long-term partners. If you have a strong B2B sales backgroundand a passion for HR services, wed love to meet you. KeyResponsibilities - Develop and execute inside sales strategies togenerate new business opportunities. - Qualify inbound and outboundleads, understanding client needs in recruitment and HR services. -Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring timelyfollow-ups and data accuracy. - Conduct discovery calls and onlinemeetings with potential clients, presenting PeoItalys solutions. -Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generationcampaigns. - Provide market feedback and insights to supportservice development and client experience. - Monitor sales KPIs andprepare regular reports for leadership. - Mentor team members asthe inside sales team grows. What Were Looking For - 35+ years ofinside sales experience, preferably in B2B services or theHR/recruitment sector. - Strong understanding of the HR serviceslandscape in Italy and/or internationally. - Excellentcommunication and consultative selling skills, fluent in Italianand English. - Results-driven, with a proactive mindset and abilityto thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Experience using CRMsoftware (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools. -A natural team player who loves solving client problems and closingdeals.
