Job Responsibilities:
Establish and improve the compliance and risk control framework for stablecoin operations, ensuring business activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.
Continuously monitor regulatory changes in the Web3 and cryptocurrency sectors both domestically and internationally, interpret new policies, and communicate them internally with corresponding response strategies.
Conduct risk assessments and monitoring of stablecoin issuance, trading, and conversion processes, identifying potential compliance and operational risks, issuing warnings, and proposing corrective actions.
Collaborate with the legal team to handle legal matters related to stablecoins, review contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Organize compliance training and educational initiatives to enhance employees awareness and foster a strong compliance culture.
Regularly prepare compliance and risk control reports, updating senior management on the compliance status and risk levels of stablecoin operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree or above, preferably in finance, law, or risk management.
Relevant compliance and risk control experience in the financial industry; experience in Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency is preferred.
Familiarity with domestic and international Web3 regulations, especially those related to stablecoins.
Strong risk identification and analytical skills, with the ability to independently conduct risk assessments and implement response measures.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Professional certifications such as CFA, FRM, or legal qualifications are a plus.
