Job Description:
Commercial Operations Director EUCAN vacancy for a globally operating Zurich-based company in the Pharma sector.
Your tasks:
- Lead and support the Central and South-Eastern European (CSEE) countries and other EUCAN new launch markets.
- Lead and manage EUCAN sales reporting with vendor support.
- Develop and support data repositories for the EUCAN region.
- Support data repository maintenance for the VBU Commercial team.
- Coordinate EUCAN travel LOC engagements, including scheduling, planning, and minuting meetings.
- Assist in forecasting processes such as Mid-year review (MRP) and Long Range Forecasting (LRF) for EUCAN and other markets.
- Support key growth initiatives aligned with travel LOC needs.
- Collaborate with VBU and EUCAN counterparts to support travel market functions including medical, access, marketing, and supply.
Your experience/knowledge:
- BS/BA required; Masters/MBA preferred.
- 7-10+ years of experience in global commercial operations.
- Strong strategic thinking, analysis skills, and innovative problem-solving.
- Experience in a matrix, global environment, working cross-functionally and cross-regionally.
- Pharmaceutical or vaccine industry experience preferred.
- Experience managing or leading commercial operations and process improvements.
- Forecasting experience is beneficial.
- Experience with launch activities and lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Project, and SharePoint.
- Adaptability to changing business environments.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
