We are looking for a Production Supervisor to take part in Sisecam Flat Glass Italy located in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD). The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in engineering fields
Min. 5 years in manufacturing production facilities, with hot working and preferably continuous cycle;
Good knowledge of English and Italian
Leadership, personnel management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of S/4HANA is a plus.
Job Description
Coordinating the technicians, engineers and production workers of the relevant department
Ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently
Planning, supervising and verifying the activities of the operators and the cleaning operations of the area of competence
Managing checks and controls of the plant and areas of competence, by using checklists
Constantly monitoring department progress and solving problems
Defining and promoting process improvement actions in collaboration with other company functions
Training and educating of personnel
