We''re Hiring: Data Migration Specialist (S/4HANA)

Remote Work from anywhere in Europe (However if required need to travel to clients place during critical milestones)

Contract: 12 months

We are looking for a highly experienced Data Migration Specialist to lead a critical SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a complex migration using the Bluefield approach, collaborating with top-tier stakeholders across Europe.

If you have deep expertise in SAP data migration, familiarity with SNP tools, and can navigate both technical challenges and business processes with ease, wed love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end SAP data migration lifecycle, from strategy to execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SNP, functional consultants, and business stakeholders
• Ensure data loads are executed smoothly and accurately
• Design and implement data validation and reconciliation processes
• Resolve migration issues efficiently while maintaining data integrity
• Communicate migration progress clearly to all project stakeholders
• Support cutover planning, go-live, and post-migration activities
• Monitor and improve data quality post-migration

What Were Looking For

1012 years of overall SAP experience

Proven expertise in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations (preferably using Bluefield methodology)

Hands-on experience working with SNP tools

Strong understanding of SAP data structures and business processes

Experience in pharma or highly regulated industries is a plus

Fluent in German or French (mandatory)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to travel for critical project milestones, if needed
