Job Description:

Profile:
Education:
- Master''s degree or equivalent in law, business administration, international development, or a related field
Experience:
- 5-10 years in humanitarian and/or international development sectors, with experience in programmatic and compliance functions
- Experience with ethics, compliance, prevention of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment
- Experience conducting investigations into noncompliance and ethics issues
Competencies:
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Understanding of risk management in international humanitarian contexts
- Knowledge of ethical requirements for grants and contracts from Swiss/US, EU, UN agencies (a plus)
- Certifications like CRCMP, ACFE, CCEP (a plus)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- High standards of ethics, integrity, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity
- Fluent in French and English; other languages (German, Arabic) are an advantage
- Willingness to travel
Salary:
Gross monthly salary between CHF 7,300 and CHF 8,300 (multiplied by 13.36), with 5 weeks paid holiday, 2 days teleworking per week, and flexibility.
