We are proud of our digital platforms that ensure ease of use and full connectivity.PositionWe are looking for a versatile and experienced ERP professional with a solid technical background capable of managing the ERP strategy across the group while also having hands-on expertise in system configuration, debugging, and user support. You will collaborate with senior managers to design and optimize business processes, ensure ERP alignment with organizational goals, and drive system efficiency at both strategic and operational levels.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize business processes through ERP solutions (SAP Business One).Define and implement ERP development standards and best practices.Perform system debugging and testing of customizations using tools such as B1UP.Resolve functional and technical errors in both custom and standard parts of the ERP system.Lead or support ERP-related projects for Finance and Operations departments.Manage 1st and 2nd level support, ensuring timely and effective resolution of user issues.Configure ERP applications and develop user-friendly functionalities and interfaces.Maintain ERP documentation (processes, user guides, security standards).Ensure integration and alignment of ERP solutions within the wider IT landscape.Prepare and deliver development progress updates and support internal training initiatives.RequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in ERP roles (Manager, Specialist, Consultant).Strong knowledge of SAP Business One, including customization tools like B1UP.Familiarity with ERP development tools, coding languages, and IT infrastructure.Solid understanding of business processes across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields is a plus.What We Offer:Join a leading company currently operating in 4 countries, with frequent global interactions.Work for an innovative and growing company within a key strategic sector for European climate targets.Engage in Learning & Development Programs for your growth.Be part of a young (average age 36) and diverse (over 18 nationalities) team, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Experience a revolutionary approach to remote work tailored to your needs.A culture that values new ideas and promotes creativity.Location: Hybrid Remote (from Italy) Office based in Milano, Piazzale Lodi 3.This announcement is addressed to both sexes, in accordance with Law 903/77 and Legislative Decree 198/2006, and to people of all ages and nationalities, in accordance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03.#J-18808-Ljbffr
