As a Store Manager and part of the retail team, you will play a key role in driving the brands growth in the local market. Monitor store performance and stay informed about market trends to drive results. Take ownership of the PL, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with managers to implement action plans that achieve commercial goals. Establish a client-centric mindset to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and meet CRM objectives. Translate store objectives into daily targets, motivating and inspiring the team to reach them. Maintain a strong floor presence to support your team and act as a key link between the Head Office and the store.
Embody companys culture and values, serving as an ambassador for the brand. Ensure every client has an exceptional experience and handle delicate customer situations when necessary to maintain a high standard of service.
Guarantee compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes. Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring efficient stock management and store planning. Drive the proper execution of all tasks related to the stores digitalization initiatives.
Evaluate team performance to retain top talent and identify potential new recruits. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes team spirit. Regularly coach and support your team to help them develop the key skills needed for their roles, ensuring their growth and success, serving as an ambassador for the brand. Ensure every client has an exceptional experience and handle delicate customer situations when necessary to maintain a high standard of service.
